Chris Additon has a diverse work experience in various roles related to software engineering and quality assurance. Chris started their career as a Development Quality Assurance Engineer at Comverse Network Systems in 1998 and later worked as a Telephony Integration Engineer at Comverse. In 2002, they worked as a Platform Integration Engineer at Wildfire Communications Inc. Chris then joined Logica CMG as a Wireless Networks Operation Engineer in 2003, providing customer support and integration services. Chris also worked at Unveil Technologies Inc. as a Senior Integration Engineer, where they integrated distributed systems and performed integration testing. Chris later joined Microsoft Corporation as a Software Development Engineer and Acme Packet as a Software Development Engineer SQA Tools and Automation. In 2008, they worked at Allurent as a QA Developer, responsible for testing tools and automated testing. Chris then joined Nokia as a Principal Software Development Engineer in Test. In 2011, they joined Peoplefluent as a Principal Software Engineer and Configuration Management Engineer.
Chris Additon attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Learning the OWASP Top 10 from LinkedIn in the year 2022.
