Jim Johnson

Jim Johnson has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Jim currently works at PeopleFluent as the Lead Product Manager since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Product Manager at PeopleFluent from September 2019 to August 2022. Jim also worked at DXC Technology as a Product Business Analyst from March 2018 to August 2019. Jim has a background in theater, serving on the Board of Trustees at Carrollwood Players Theatre from 2011 to 2019. Jim also owned their own business, Scrumptious Fudge, from April 2013 to November 2018. Jim has extensive experience in the software industry, working at DXC Technology as a Product Manager and Owner from September 2007 to November 2017. Jim was also the Director of Public Strategies at Affari Edge from December 2006 to September 2007, and the Senior Project Manager and Director of External Affairs at Workflow Mobility from January 2005 to June 2006. Jim started their career as a Legislative Assistant for various members of the Florida House of Representatives from September 1995 to June 2004. Additionally, Jim served as the Student Body President at the University of South Florida in 1993-1994, overseeing a significant budget and representing the student body.

Jim Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida in 1998. Jim completed their high school education at Fairport High School, earning a NY State Regents Diploma from 1987 to 1990. Jim is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Technology Entrepreneurial Commercialization at North Carolina State University, expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, they hold a certification as PMC Level II from Pragmatic Institute.
