Victoria Smith

Victoria S. possesses extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Renewal Manager at PeopleFluent since September 2021. Prior to this role, Victoria held positions at Veritas Technologies LLC as an Enterprise Account Renewal Manager for the Mid Atlantic and North Carolina regions, as well as a Customer Success Manager. From February 2009 to August 2016, Victoria worked as an Operations Manager at Bank of America, and earlier held the position of Sales Manager at AT&T Mobility for 15 years. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Phoenix Orlando Campus between 2004 and 2008.
