Ana Ayau

Ana Ayau has a long and varied work experience. Ana began their career in 2007 as a Human Resources and Quality Control professional at BAC Bank Inc. Ana then joined Firmenich in 2008 as a Supply Chain and Material Flow professional. In the same year, they also worked as a Mentor for the MEPO Mentoring Program at the University of Michigan. From 2009 to 2012, they held various positions at Citi, including Analyst and Projects Manager, Central America Regional Projects Manager, and Special Projects Manager. In 2012, they joined PeopleFund Inc. as an Associate. In 2017, they became the Managing Director of PeopleFund Inc., and in the same year, they co-founded Volcano Innovation Summit and acted as the Director of the 2018 and 2019 events. In 2020, they co-founded DonaGuate, an organization that is helping to promote and grow blood donation in Guatemala.

Ana Ayau attended the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering with a focus in Engineering. Ana also attended CAG but did not receive a degree.
