Jyoti Shukla

Jyoti Shukla has over a decade of experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Manager at Peoplefy since April 2010, with a focus on recruitment for the manufacturing, engineering, and IT industries. Previously, Jyoti worked as an RPO - IT Recruiter at Vodafone India Services Pvt. Ltd. from May 2014 to June 2023, managing end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing positions. Early career experience includes a consulting role at Alfa Laval from April 2011 to November 2012. Jyoti holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from G.S. College Of Commerce, Nagpur, completed between 2006 and 2009, and possesses extensive technical expertise across various domains, including Arcsight, Linux, Oracle, and Java/J2EE.
