Mohan Rajamani

Mohan Rajamani currently serves as Chief Business Officer at Peoplefy since April 2025 and is the Founder/CEO of ProVault Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd, which specializes in career transitions, executive coaching, and search, a role held since January 2016. Previous experience includes serving as CEO - Career Access at Executive Access (India) Pvt Ltd from October 2012 to March 2015, where a profitable mid-level search business was built, and as Partner at TRANSEARCH India from May 2011 to October 2012, during which the Chennai office was established and CXO-level placements in the Food & Dairy sector were facilitated.
