Karen Erne

Karen Erne has a long and varied career in operations, software support, project management, training, and payroll. Karen began their career in 1980 as a Payroll Manager for Nutri Systems, Inc. Karen then moved to Aetna/US Healthcare in 1986 as a Corporate Payroll Manager and to Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co. in 1994 as a Payroll Manager. In 1995, they moved to Genesys Software Systems, Inc. where they worked as a Payroll/Pension Outsourcing Manager. In 1988, they joined ADP/Managistics as a Senior Account Executive. In 1999, they began working for PayChoice Software as a Software Support/Training, providing customer software support and training for over 200 PayChoice licenses. In 2012, they worked for AdaptaSoft, Inc. as an Implementation & Project Manager. Finally, in 2014, they joined Asure Software, first as a Director of Software Support and then as a Director of HCM Software Support. In 2021, they began working as a Director of Operations for PeopleGuru.

Karen Erne attended Manor College, where they earned an A.S. in Business Administration.
