L. W.

L. W. began their career in 2000 as a Technical Writer for Mangrove Software. In this role, they developed Help systems and created content for a learning library of guides, illustrations, and reference materials. They also became an HRIS troubleshooter for team members and clients, and led multiple internal and external training sessions on a variety of HCM topics. In 2015, L. W. took on a part-time role as Secretary for International Health Group, LLC, gaining additional business skills such as bookkeeping, financial statements, business tax reports, and product bundling. In 2016, they joined PeopleGuru as Technical Lead Analyst and Assurance Guru, supporting product development, developers, and other team members through analysis, assurance, exploratory testing, knowledge-base management, research, and project management.

L.W. began their educational journey by attending Hillsborough Community College from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. They then attended the University of South Florida from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a B.A. in English, specializing in Technical and Professional Writing. Finally, they attended the University of South Florida again from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. In addition, L.W. has obtained a number of certifications from various institutions, such as Lynda.com, CompTIA, SHRM, and HRCI.
