Emeka Oguh is the founder and CEO of PeopleJoy. Emeka has over ten years of experience in the technology and financial industries.

Emeka began their career as an investment management and guidance advisor at Merrill Lynch. Emeka then transitioned to Morgan Stanley, where they worked as an equity research summer associate.

In 2011, Emeka became the director of product at DataMinr. Emeka was responsible for growing the audience to 400,000 monthly average users and 1M ad impressions per month. The company achieved profitability in the first year of operations.

In 2013, Emeka founded Apptempo, a global publisher of mobile apps. The company was acquired by MindCures, LLC in 2015.

Emeka Oguh received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
