Kelly Bathgate

Kelly Bathgate has nearly 25 years of work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Kelly is currently the Director of Recruiting at Peoplelink Group, where they have been since April 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Vertical Markets (E-Commerce and Logistics) at Peoplelink Group from August 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Peoplelink Group, Kelly worked at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions for over 16 years. Kelly held various positions, including Regional Director from March 2017 to August 2021, Area Manager from April 2014 to August 2021 (overseeing the Elkhart, Bristol, and Goshen areas and later Nappanee and Ligonier), and Branch Manager from August 2005 to August 2013 (managing three branches in the Elkhart County area). During their time at Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, Kelly was responsible for sales, new business opportunities, staff management, client relations, placements, and payroll duties.

Kelly's career began at Frank's Midwest Distribution Center, where they served as a Coordinator from May 1997 to February 2004.

Kelly Bathgate attended Sturgis High School from 1991 to 1995. After graduating from high school, Kelly enrolled at Oklahoma City Community College for the academic year 1995-1996. Kelly obtained the World Staffing Award - Top 100 Staffing Leaders to watch in 2023 from Candidate.ly in January 2023, indicating their additional professional certification.
