Jonathan Poon Tip has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Jonathan started their career as an Insurance Agent at Bankers Life and Casualty in 2010 and later joined Complete Medigap Advisors Inc. as an Insurance Agent in 2010. In 2014, they transitioned to the technology sector and joined Greenway Health, where they held various roles including Customer Support Technician, Systems Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, and Principal Systems Engineer. Throughout their career, Jonathan has gained expertise in customer support, technical systems, and insurance sales.

Jonathan Poon Tip attended the University of South Florida from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Management Information Systems. Jonathan also earned additional certifications, including A+ and Network+ from CompTIA, and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2009.
