Kathy Gustafson

Kathy Gustafson has a long history of work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathy started their career in 1999 at Vitera Healthcare Solutions, where they held various roles such as Project Coordinator, Implementation Spec III, Supervisor of Business Systems Analysis, and Manager of Technical Support. In 2007, they transitioned to Greenway Health and took on the position of Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. Over the years, Kathy has continued to advance in their career and currently holds the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Greenway Health.

Kathy Gustafson earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida Metropolitan University from 1995 to 1999. Kathy also holds additional certifications including a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) obtained in June 2021 and a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) obtained in December 2019 from the ASQ-Quality Management Division (QMD).
