Bridget Blackford

Bridget Blackford is an experienced executive coach and organisation development consultant, currently serving at Triskel Coaching Consultancy since April 2013 and as a partner, coach, and facilitator at Integral since September 2021. Additionally, Bridget has been an executive coach at Peoplemax since October 2015. Previously, roles included Change/OD Manager at the Equality and Human Rights Commission and Leadership Development Business Manager at NHS London SHA. Bridget began a career in organisation development at Enterprise Ireland. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Global Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, and a Graduate Diploma in Organisation Development from Roffey Park, along with a Bachelor's degree in English (Journalism) with first-class honours from Curtin University.
