Paul Elfers has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Paul started as a Software Engineer at Symbios Logic from January 1997 to April 1998. Paul then worked at Sierra On-Line as a Game Author from 1997 to 1999, and also at PyroTechnix as a Game Author in 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they were a Software Engineer at Sierra Online / Pyrotechnix, where they worked on the PC RPG game Return to Krondor. Paul then joined eBay / Up4Sale as a Software Engineer from June 1999 to June 2002, where they developed the "Mister Lister" desktop application. After that, they became the Owner of CanDo from June 2002 to August 2005, a rapid development technology company that primarily worked with eBay. Currently, Paul Elfers is the Vice President of Engineering at PeopleOne Health, where they are involved in the merger of SparkPeople and Innovative Wellness Solutions.

Paul Elfers attended St. Xavier from 1992 to 1995, but no degree or field of study information is available for this period.
