Jens Bender

Jens Bender is a seasoned professional in the HRTech and WorkTech sectors, currently serving as the Director of Global Alliances at Kombo while also leading WorkTech Advisory as Founder and Managing Director. Bender is passionate about supporting start-ups and scale-ups through go-to-market and product strategy execution. As the Initiator of the HR Angels Club, Bender has established a prominent HR-Tech angel investor network in the DACH region. With extensive experience at PeoplePath as Co-Founder and Advisory Board Member, Bender has overseen a team of over 50 employees, driven company strategy, and organized significant events like the World Talent Forum. Previous roles include managing directorship positions at Haufe Group and consulting at Oliver Wyman. Bender holds a Master’s Degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, complemented by studies at the University of Gothenburg and HEC Montréal.
