David Greene

David Greene is currently the Civil Liberties Director and Senior Staff Attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, where they focus on preserving First Amendment rights in the digital realm. They have held various legal positions, including Executive Director at the First Amendment Project and Program Director for the National Campaign for Freedom of Expression. Additionally, David has served as an adjunct professor at both the University of San Francisco School of Law and previously at San Francisco State University, teaching courses on media law and mass communications. David holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BS in Environmental Sciences from Lehigh University.
