Barbara Pridgen

Barbara Pridgen has extensive experience in operations and recruiting, currently serving as Operations Manager and Recruiting Manager at PeopleReady since February 2005. Alongside this role, Barbara has held the position of Recruiting Manager at TrueBlue Inc. during the same timeframe, focusing on warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and shipping. Barbara's expertise encompasses full cycle recruiting, sales, HR, outstanding customer service, and database management. Barbara recently retired in December 2023 and has a background in education from the University of Phoenix.
