Cindy Cutaia is the Chief Business Operations Officer at PeopleReady. Cindy has over 20 years of experience in global business operations and has been with the company since January 2020. Prior to joining PeopleReady, Cindy was with PeopleScout as the Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations. In this role, they were responsible for enabling operational effectiveness to support the business's commitment to clients, including supporting the execution of the strategic business plan and governance of the operational goals and priorities across finance, operations, quality, resource management, business integration, and mergers and acquisitions. Cindy has also held leadership positions at Aon Hewitt and Accenture.

Cindy Cutaia has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
