Francisco Diaz

Francisco Diaz, P.E. is a professional engineer with extensive experience in structural and transportation engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Peoples Associates Structural Engineers since January 2016, Francisco previously held the position of Engineer I at OMNI-MEANS, Ltd. where responsibilities included conducting traffic analyses, preparing engineering documents for grant applications, and generating cost estimates. Prior experience includes a research internship at the California Water Institute focused on water system database management and community outreach, as well as a student assistant role at Fresno State. Francisco holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno.
