Crystal B.

Crystal B. has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Crystal started their career at Wells Fargo Insurance Services in 1991, where they held various roles including Account Manager and Automation Coordinator. Crystal then became the Assistant Vice President and Insurance Operations Manager, and they worked in this position from 2005 to 2014. In 2014, Crystal joined USI Insurance Services as the Assistant Vice President of Insurance Operations Manager, before transitioning to Peoples Bank in the same year. At Peoples Bank, they served as the Quality Control Manager from 2014 to 2015, then as the Vice President - Commercial Lines Manager from 2015 to 2022. Currently, Crystal holds the role of Senior Vice President and Insurance Operations Manager at Peoples Bank.

Crystal B. obtained their Associate's Degree in Business/Commerce from Ohio Valley University from 1988 to 1990. Crystal then earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from West Virginia University between 2001 and 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication Studies from West Virginia University from 2011 to 2014.
