Shawn Mount

Shawn Mount has over 12 years of experience in the banking industry. From 2017 to the present, they have been working at Peoples Bank as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Lead. In this role, they develop commercial business relationships, provides financial analysis to clients, and identifies sales opportunities.

Prior to joining Peoples Bank, Shawn worked at Chase Business Banking from 2010 to 2017. Shawn held the position of Business Banking Relationship Manager III and was responsible for prospecting in the assigned territory to bring in new business customers. Shawn also developed and serviced relationships with high-end small businesses and complex accounts, focusing on deposit gathering and loans ranging from $500,000 to $20,000,000.

Before joining Chase, Shawn worked at Fifth Third Bank from 2005 to 2010 as a Commercial Portfolio Manager. Shawn managed a substantial portfolio of loans and deposits, underwrote quality standards, and collaborated with sales executives and product partners to present financial solutions to clients.

Shawn Mount attended Marshall University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
