Doug Cameron

Doug Cameron is the current Director at Peoples Broadband. Prior to this, they were the SharePoint EDRMS and O365 Deployment Manager at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning from March 2016 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for defining the vision for how SharePoint would benefit DELWP, communicating that vision, and inspiring people to cooperate and collaborate to make that vision a reality.

Under Doug's leadership, the deployment successfully migrated from SharePoint on premises to SharePoint online, as well as migrated to O365. Additionally, over 1.5 million records were successfully migrated from TRIM to SharePoint. Some of the key achievements during this time include:

-> Deployed over 400 SharePoint sites.

-> Migrated from SharePoint on premises to SharePoint online.

-> Migrated to O365.

-> Migration of 1.5 million records from TRIM to SharePoint.

-> Managed shared drives being turned to read only.

Doug Cameron has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University in Management Information Systems. Doug also has an Honours degree in the same field from the same school.
