Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is the current Director at Peoples Broadband. Mark has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and has held various positions at both Comcast Cable and AT & T. Mark has a proven track record in driving quality face to face customer service and first call resolution, as well as performance of employees and supervisors. Mark has also successfully developed capital/ expense budgets, approved expenditures and provided material forecasts. In addition, Mark has achieved 100% passing of Public and Technical File audits with internal and external audit teams.

Mark Johnson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
