Aaron Ferrer

Aaron Ferrer, MPA, currently serves as the Manager of Project Controls at Peoples Gas, where leadership of a four-member team focuses on developing and implementing key performance metrics for the Department of Engineering, alongside overseeing vendor management programs. Previously, Aaron held various roles in the Army National Guard from November 2000 to August 2016, culminating in the position of Area Recruit Operations Manager, managing human resource services across multiple counties. Aaron's experience includes coordinating daily operations for multinational forces and recruiting activities, supervising teams of diverse personnel. An internship with the City of Highland Park involved assisting the Finance Department, and Aaron holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Roger Williams University.
