Cezar Papa

Cezar Papa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in urban planning, human resources, and data analysis. Currently serving as an Associate Analyst at Peoples Gas since November 2017, Cezar contributes to the Chicago Department of Transportation's Office of Underground Coordination. Cezar's military experience is extensive, holding various roles such as Human Resources Officer, Company Commander, and Brigade Strength Manager in the United States Army Reserve since March 2013. Prior roles include positions at TEKsystems/SAC Wireless as a GIS Zoning and Permitting specialist, a Traffic Data Editor at HERE, and an intern Traffic Planner at the Chicago Transit Authority. Cezar also provided GIS instruction as a Teaching Assistant at DePaul University, where a Master's degree in Sustainable Urban Development was obtained. Cezar holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
