Nicole Sakowitz

Nicole Sakowitz is currently a Trustee at PEOPLES LIGHT & THEATRE CO. Prior to that, they served as a Sr Human Resources Business Partner at Vertex Inc. from January 2013 to December 2019. In that role, they were an executive HR advisor, developing leadership rotation and restructure strategies, talent review/succession planning, performance assessment redesign, employee relations oversight, employee engagement, and change management. From July 2011 to November 2011, Sakowitz served as a Change Manager/Project Manager at Merck, overseeing culture, communications & change management projects for major Manufacturing site transformation initiatives. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a Change Management Consultant from January 2020 to March 2020, developing and implementing change management initiatives within the organization to support corporate priorities.
