Ciarán Barr

Ciaran Barr is the Chair of Investment Steering Group at B&CE, where Ciaran manages the assets of The People's Pension. Ciaran is also a Board Member at Studio Wayne McGregor and serves as an Independent Member of the Investment Governance Committee at Scottish Widows. With experience as an Investment Director at RPMI Railpen and as Chief UK Economist at Deutsche Bank, Ciaran brings a wealth of knowledge in investment strategy and economic analysis. Barr previously worked as a Senior Economist at the Bank of England and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
