Kirsty Ross

Kirsty Ross is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment propositions and strategy management. Currently serving as Proposition Director at People's Partnership since October 2024, Kirsty previously held the role of Head of Workplace Investment Proposition at Aegon from March 2021 to October 2024. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Investment Proposition Manager at Royal London and Head of Communications (Interim) at Ascentric. Kirsty's career began at Standard Life as an Actuarial Trainee, leading to roles such as Senior Strategy Manager and Pricing Manager at RBS. Kirsty holds a BSc Hons in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Edinburgh, completed in 2010.
