Nasreen Abidi is an experienced IT Problem Manager with a background in managing and resolving a high volume of Problem Records across multiple organizations. Nasreen is skilled in implementing and leading Problem Management processes, conducting trend analysis, and facilitating proactive resolutions. Nasreen has a strong technical background in various technologies and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in multi-vendor environments. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UCL, Nasreen brings a solid educational foundation to their IT management roles.
