Previously, Stephanie worked at OneFamily from June 2014 to October 2017 as a Business Assurer and a Quality Assurance professional, focusing on risk reduction, governance compliance, and quality monitoring. Stephanie holds a BA in Applied Psychology and Criminology from the University of Brighton and has completed qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute and The Knowledge Academy in Lean Six Sigma.
