People's Self-Help Housing
José E. Legaspi Ledezma, M.A., serves as a Property Manager at Peoples' Self-Help Housing, overseeing tenant applications, lease compliance, rent collection, and property maintenance. José has also contributed to Allan Hancock College as NESL Teaching Faculty, engaging with low-beginning English level students, and as Admissions & Records Technician III, facilitating graduation processes. Earlier experience includes roles in human resources, educational support, and tutoring. José holds a Master of Arts in Romance Languages, a TESOL Certificate, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Spanish Language and Literature from California State University, Stanislaus.
