Michaela Fountain

Michaela Fountain is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting, financial reporting, and payroll processing. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at People's Self-Help Housing since June 2022, Michaela previously held roles at milk + honey, where responsibilities included preparing monthly financial reports and managing multi-state payroll. Earlier experience as a Hotel Accountant at Martin Resorts involved implementing new reporting processes and overseeing journal entries for multiple hotels. A strong background in mortgage loan processing and financial analysis was developed through various positions at Heritage Oaks Bank and Moonstone Hotel Properties. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from San Diego State University and an Associate's Degree in Transfer Studies from Cuesta College.
