Carissa Clinton

Carissa Clinton currently serves as the AVP, Deposit Relations Manager at Peoples State Bank since August 2024. Prior to this role, Carissa held the position of AVP, Private Banking at Capra Bank from March 2023 to August 2024 and was employed at Dubuque Bank and Trust from September 2017 to March 2023, where Carissa progressed from Senior Personal Banker to Senior Private Banking Associate and then to AVP, Private Banking. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Account Executive at Spireon from December 2014 to September 2017 and as Bookkeeper/Office Manager at Every's Auto & Tire Center from February 2013 to December 2014. Carissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University between 2013 and 2016, and attended the University of Northern Iowa in 2012-2013.
