Peoples State Bank opened its doors in 1962 as an independent bank dedicated to customer satisfaction. Quality service was the vision of the 15 original founders. 

All types of businesses, small and large were attracted to this type of bank where profits were reinvested in the community it served.

Today Peoples State Bank is owned by over 900 stockholders. In 1995, the stockholders elected to establish PSB Holdings Inc. We are now positioned for the future in a highly competitive marketplace.
