Aleda Demaria

Aleda DeMaria has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Aleda started their career at People's United Bank in 2008 as a Director of Regional Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing operations in a specific region. In 2013, they joined PeoplesBank as the First Vice President of Operations, a role they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Senior Vice President of Retail and Operations at PeoplesBank. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking and Operations at PeoplesBank.

Aleda DeMaria has a diverse education history. In 1999, they began their undergraduate studies at Westfield State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Aleda successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2002.

Moving forward, Aleda pursued further education by enrolling in Western New England University. In 2005, they received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from this institution.

In 2016, Aleda attended two different educational programs. Firstly, they participated in the Wharton Leadership Certificate program at The Wharton School. Secondly, they attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, which is affiliated with the American Bankers Association.

More recently, in 2017, Aleda completed the Six Sigma Green Belt Course Certification offered by Duke University Continuing Studies/MindEdge Online Learning. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from MindEdge Learning in the same year.
