Jo Taylor

Jo Taylor joined PeopleScout in June 2022 as head of RPO in EMEA. In her role, Jo develops and leads PeopleScout’s RPO services across EMEA, which includes oversight of operations, client and shared service teams and the assessment design and delivery teams. Jo also leads new business and client expansion strategies, creating innovative solutions for new and existing clients. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Jo was UK RPO Operations Director for ManpowerGroup, Talent Solutions where she led both UK and Global RPO programs. Jo lives in Surrey, England, with her husband and twin nine year old boys.
