Rahul leads and manages India operations for PeopleScout’s Gurgaon and Bangalore locations. He is responsible for growing India’s operations, building and expanding client partnerships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Rahul has over 25 years of experience in both startups and large businesses, with a proven track record of transforming businesses, building partnerships and leading businesses through phases of transformation and growth. He specializes in building future-ready organizations and talent using a growth mindset, and has experience in various industries including hospitality, retail, credit cards, technology and outsourcing. Rahul Joined TrueBlue in 2016. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Rahul was a Senior Director of Outsourcing Delivery at Aon. Rahul has also worked with organizations such as Hewitt Associates, HCL Technologies and American Express.
