Ian Jeffcott

Ian Jeffcott serves as the Managing Director of IJA Consulting, a role held since April 2007, providing executive search, assessment, and HR consultancy services across private and public sectors. Additionally, Ian has held various positions including Associate at PeopleScout since October 2021, Executive Search Consultant at CPL since February 2020, and Executive Recruitment Consultant at Ardlinn from July 2017 to February 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Penna Plc, Tribal Executive Resourcing, Riley Advertising, Liverpool John Moores University, and Glyndwr District Council. Ian Jeffcott obtained a BA Chartered MCIPD in French and European Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
