Lindsey Schmidt

Lindsey Schmidt, MS, MEL, is an experienced professional in recruitment and educational leadership, currently serving as the Product Manager for Data Analytics & Market Intelligence at PeopleScout since December 2021, after holding the position of Senior Recruiter. Prior roles include Senior Recruiter at Navistar Inc. and Marriott International, where Lindsey provided extensive recruitment solutions based on talent acquisition needs. As Directing Principal at Racine Unified School District, Lindsey supervised over 50 staff members and led school improvement efforts, previously serving as Assistant Principal and Adjunct Faculty. Lindsey possesses multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Master's Degree in Business Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
