Mark Fita

As Global Vice President of Implementation, Mark is responsible for seamlessly onboarding the customers and overseeing the implementation of RPO, MSP and Talent Advisory programs and services. Mark was with PeopleScout from 2010-2019 and was a vice president within the Client Delivery organization before leaving to join The Mom Project as their Vice President of Talent Transformation & Strategy before coming their Head of Operations. After his two years away, Mark is thrilled to be back with PeopleScout and leverage his experience as a buyer to understand the customers’ needs and challenges. Mark specializes in talent acquisition, sourcing, programmatic marketing, recruiting operations, change management, TA/HRIS/VMS technology and project management.
