Sharon Xiang has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as Practice Team Leader at PeopleSearch since July 2015, specializing in senior to executive level recruitment for marketing and HR functions within the consumer industry. Prior roles at PeopleSearch include Senior Principal Consultant, where record sales of 3 million were achieved, and several consultant positions recognized for outstanding performance. Earlier professional experience includes a management trainee role at Inditex and a talent acquisition internship at Xiaomi Technology.
