Tina Shen

Tina Shen started their work experience in 2012 as a Co-op Coordinator at Northeastern University. In 2014, they joined PeopleSearch as a Senior Consultant and worked in that role until 2017 when they were promoted to Practice Leader. In 2019, they became a Senior Practice Leader at PeopleSearch, and in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Business Director.

Tina Shen began their education by earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. Tina attended the university from 2007 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, Tina pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Project Management, also at Northeastern University. Tina completed their postgraduate education from 2011 to 2014.
