Mahesh Jadhav

Mahesh is based in Houston, Texas and serves as an impact investor, advisor and board member to VC/PE backed tech startups. His current and past board roles: Peopleshores (impact sourcing startup), Resonance AI (media and advertising focused AI/SaaS startup), Sankalp (analog chip design semiconductor research startup), Panex ( big data and analytics services startup).

Prior, Mahesh served as Global VP and GM for Technology Business in Cognizant’s Digital Operations SBU. There he led the vision, strategy, sales, solutions and practice development for this business and took it from a 2,000 FTE, single country operation to a 20,000+ FTE, 15-country operation in 7 years. Mahesh built a top-class, award-winning leadership team that won more than $2 Billion in strategic deals and added more than $1 Billion to Cognizant’s market cap. Prior to that, Mahesh served as Global Offering Lead and Strategy, M&A Consultant in Accenture’s Management Consulting and Operations businesses. There he led more than 20 different strategic growth and transformation engagements in the Tech, Media, Telecom, Engineering, Automotive segments. Prior to Accenture, Mahesh was the SVP and GM for Panex, a big data and analytics startup in Houston, where le led a 5X growth and successful exit to KPIT Cummins group. Previously, Mahesh worked in India in various leadership roles in strategy, M&A and product engineering with Tata Group, Siemens and PwC.

Mahesh holds a MBA in Strategy and General Management from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Masters in Finance from Mumbai Univ. and Bachelors in Mech. Engineering from Walchand College.. Mahesh is a lifelong student of history and an avid traveler with a lifetime goal of visiting 100 countries and studying their history and culture.
