Tami is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working with individuals from economically disadvantaged communities. She is particularly interested in improving access to workforce opportunities and success in education. Her work has focused on student parents, low-income families, and youth from historically underserved populations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the Forbes School of Business and Technology at the University of Arizona and a Master of Education from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
