Martin Lyngbo

Martin Lyngbo is an experienced stage director and scriptwriter with a diverse background in theatre and education. Since 1993, Martin has worked in several theatres, focusing on collaboration with actors, singers, and designers to develop theatrical productions. As an author for People'sPress since May 2018, Martin co-writes a series of children's novels that blend world history and fantasy. Martin served as the Artistic Director at Mungo Park from 2005 to 2017, overseeing artistic and strategic development while managing budgets and marketing efforts. Additionally, Martin has taught at the Danish National School of Performing Arts and the National Theatre School of Iceland, covering topics like dramaturgy and directing. With a solid educational foundation from the Danish National School of Theatre and Harvard Business School, Martin is well-equipped in leadership and the performing arts. Past contributions also include writing columns for metroXpress and providing coaching for presenters at Danmarks Radio.
