Cijo Job

Cijo Job is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources with extensive experience spanning from recruitment to employee engagement. Currently serving as Team Lead - Employee Experience at PeopleStrong since October 2017, Cijo oversees shared services activities, conducts quarterly HRSS reviews, and manages induction programs. Previously, Cijo held the position of HR Executive at Diaspark Inc, where responsibilities included managing employee databases and coordinating onboarding processes. An earlier role as Associate HR Recruiter at dEEVOiR HR Services involved end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
