Vikas Sapra

With over 20 years of experience, Vikas joined PeopleStrong in 2014 and since then has worn many hats including managing successful delivery, product, implementation, and consistent experience for customers.

He started his journey with bespoke application development and founded BBSPL in 1996. He worked on the desktop payroll software that was used by clients such as Tata Mcgraw, DRDO, and Supreme Court Bar Association. Later, he focused only on one product line i.e. HR and Payroll Tech (also known as Webpay), a web-based HR & Payroll solution used by companies such as Goodyear, KPMG, Ansal, Radnik, and GAP.
