Hayes Reilly

Hayes Reilly is the managing partner at PeopleSuite. Hayes has over 25 years of experience in the executive search industry. Prior to joining PeopleSuite, they were the founder and president of Hayes Reilly Executive Search, a retained executive search firm focused on the CPG industry. Hayes has also served as EVP and managing director at DHR International, and as national sales manager, region manager, and trade marketing director at Borden Foods. Hayes began their career as a sales representative at Unilever-Lever Brothers Company.

Hayes Reilly has a BA in Psychology from Gettysburg College and attended Metuchen High School and St. Thomas Aquinas High School.

Hayes Reilly reports to David Preston, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Tom Smith - President & Chief Operating Officer, Elaine Erickson - Managing Partner.
