Aaron Mitchell

Aaron Mitchell is currently working as a Career Coach at Harvard Business School, where Aaron supports students and alums in developing and achieving their career goals. In addition to their role at HBS, Aaron is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Pega Visão Salvador Club, LLC, a Web3 company focused on celebrating the diasporic African culture of Salvador, Brazil through NFT collections and exclusive experiences. Prior to these roles, Aaron held various positions at Netflix, Skillist, MassMutual, Citi, and Bolthouse Farms, gaining experience in talent acquisition, HR leadership, and strategic planning. Aaron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Human Resources from Fox School of Business at Temple University.
