Aisha Stephenson has held various leadership roles in HR and People Operations at companies such as Chief, PeopleTech Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, and Okta, Inc. Aisha has also worked in nonprofit organizations like UCP WORK, Inc. and Community Gatepath. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University, a Master of Science from the University of San Francisco School of Management, and is a candidate for dual Master of Legal Studies & Dispute Resolution Degrees in Employment Law / Negotiation from Pepperdine University.
